Dive into text and indulge yourself in a learning experience like none other. Each 90 minute class takes you into interactive discussions and discourse. Learning is shaped around the interest of you and your fellow participants with opportunities for deeper understandings of particular content.
Have a question outside of class? Seminar courses also invite you to discuss and pose questions to Rachael in and between classes for a truly interactive experience.
Warrior King, Poet King, Or Lonely King: The Layers of King David
With all of his flaws, we still wholeheartedly sing “David Melech Yisrael”. How does he capture our hearts and who were the unique women he chose to bring into his life?
This course will follow David as he gains the throne of Israel and defines his place in the legacy of Jewish leadership. Our study will track the young David, as shepherd and poet, through to one of our most fearsome warrior kings. As part of this we will also be looking at David’s women.

Mussar: Because Sometimes Being a Mensch Requires A Methodology
Our intensive study of Mussar continues as we practice this ancient Jewish methodology of Tikkun Olam.
Each class includes primary texts, interactive discussions, and application ideas for the week ahead.
The 90-minute format allows for deep dive discussions around our themes and suggested activities.
Often the relevant themes and discussions continue into email messages and ongoing weekly support.
