Our Tyrus Reiman Education Fund honours the memory of an extraordinary Canadian educator who found ways to open doors of learning to anyone and everyone.

A lifelong learner in many different fields, Tyrus brought secular education into the Yeshiva world and impacted the lives of hundreds as they saw beauty in places they hadn’t thought to look. Standing well over six feet tall, Tyrus always insisted on teaching his students at eye level so they could connect as equals and grow in knowledge.

Tyrus Reiman embodied the ideal of being a “mensch” and our education fund honours his commitment to open the gates of learning as widely as possible. We honour his memory by continuing with his vision to include anyone seeking knowledge. We ask you to support Rachael’s Centre with a financial gift to the Tyrus Reiman Education Fund.
